At VitalMan, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy.

Return Policy

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at vitalmanau@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refund Policy

• Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at vitalmanau@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
